It is the only museum of its kind in the world, the exhibition was founded and the exhibits were collected by Zarifa Salahova, sister of the Russian artist in the Russian Federation and first secretary of the Union of Artists of the Soviet Union, and the collection includes miniature books published after the Russian Revolution and the former Soviet Union.
